Filmed at the seams eighth day. Desna hyperemic, swollen, slightly painful. Imposed antiseptic dressing. Control after 6 months. Clinically: – A pale pink gums – dental plaque is not present – index hygiene 1 – Depth dentogingival pocket of 3 mm – Retraction of gingival 1 / 3 of the root – Exacerbations, suppuration no control over 14 months.

Clinically unchanged. Radiologically: the restoration of bone tissue to 2 / 3 of the tooth root. Observed recovery structure of bone tissue in the postoperative defect. Zaykin dv were four quilts operations Widmann – Neumann – Tseshinskomu in all teeth of the upper and lower jaws with the diagnosis: chronic generalized periodontitis of moderate severity. Clinically – edema, hyperemia of the gums, suppuration, abnormal mobility of the posterior upper and lower jaws – the first degree.

Periodontal pockets of 3-4 mm. Radiographically – bone resorption at 1 / 3 of the roots of teeth, reducing the height of the interdental partitions on 1 / 3. A related site: Professor Roy Taylor mentions similar findings. A: 1. Teaching oral hygiene, followed by control. 2. Remediation of the oral cavity. 3. Removal of dental plaque. 4. Local anti-inflammatory therapy. 5. Held quilting operations Widmann – Neumann – Tseshinskomu using biocomposite materials “Osteomatrix” and “Biomatriks. Removal of sutures on the seventh to the eighth day. Postoperative condition – satisfactory, gums slightly swollen, pink, painless. Imposed antiseptic dressing. Control after 6 months. Clinically: – A pale pink gums – dental plaque is not present – index Hygiene 1 – dentogingival pocket depth of 2 mm – Retraction of gum at 1 / 5 of the root – aggravation, no suppuration. Radiologically: the restoration of bone tissue to 1 / 4 of the tooth root. There is a complete restoration of the structure of bone tissue. Conclusions: 1. Osteoplastic biocomposite material “Osteomatrix” and “Biomatriks” has a high biocompatibility, accelerated maturation of bone tissue. 2. The use of biocomposite osteoplastic materials “Biomatriks” and “Osteomatrix” active processes of reparative regeneration in the area of surgery to a greater extent than conducting a traditional patchwork operation. 3. Highest performance biocomposite osteoplastic materials “Osteomatrix” and “Biomatriks” have in addressing bone defects. 4. Postoperatively, pain in the control group – 60% in the group research – a 38% swelling in the control group, 70% in the study group at 43%; congestion in the control group, 40% in the study group at 18%. Consequently, the filling of bone defects biocomposite materials “Osteomatrix and “Biomatriks” contributes to a more favorable postoperative course, and therefore may serve as one of the methods for the prevention of postoperative complications.
