Postoperatively, pain in the control group – 60% in the group research – a 38% swelling in the control group, 70% in the study group at 43%; congestion in the control group, 40% in the study group at 18%. Consequently, the filling of bone defects biocomposite materials “Osteomatrix and “Biomatriks” contributes to a more favorable postoperative course, and therefore may serve as one of the methods for the prevention of postoperative complications.
